Obsessed with these photos by Brooke Fitts and table styling by Pam Gray

It’s that time of year again- my personal Super Bowl- Christmas cookie season!

I’m drafting this email over Thanksgiving weekend. So, before I launch full-bore into Christmas content, I need to stop down and thank all of you who have supported my lil’ cookie biz over the past two years

There would be no Tremonte’s cookie business without all of you who have placed special orders, visited my pop-ups, read this blog, and follow me on Instagram.

While we’re at it – Shout out to those of you who came out to celebrate Tremonte’s second birthday with me last month!

To be honest, I was a little nervous about how the event would go, since my pop-up game is a touch rusty after taking a few months off. But hoo boy, did you show up! I had a line out the door and it sold out in 40 minutes. Thank you!

I am also so grateful to my wonderful hosts who have been so generous in providing me space and time, and for promoting my biz. And, of course, you know my mom, Pam, and sis, Fran, are out here workin’ it with me on pop-up days! Not to mention all the work my mom does to make my displays and packaging look so damn good. A true artist, that one.

As they say, it takes a village, and you are mine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

And now, it’s time to queue up Carol of the Bells for the cookie baking frenzy!

I’ve already been stockpiling Cambros full of cookie dough and prepping my glazes and toppings. I have my production schedule detailed down to each day.

As in years past, instead of offering special orders, with various arranged pick up times, I’ll be funneling all my Christmas cookie orders through my pop-ups. The holidays are so busy. If I try to keep track of different dates and time for pick ups outside of that, I will surely drop the ball!

So, this is your invitation to my December pop-ups!

Here are the deets:

First up is my event at Big John’s PFI on December 13th. Last year’s holiday pop-up there was my busiest day to date! So, come early for the best selection of all my usual cookies, and more. It’s sure to sell out!

The next weekend will be my December 20th pop-up at my regular spot, Broadcast Coffee Yesler cafe. This will be another banger. So come through and get stocked for all your Christmas cookie needs!

Both Saturday pop-ups start at 11am. Preorders are open now in the online shop.

Like last year, I’m offering only my mixed dozens and deluxe two-dozen boxes (more on that below) for preorder. I will, however, have the full slate of individual cookies and six packs available for walk-ins at my pop-ups. Of course, I will make as many cookies as I can for you. That said, my baking operation is just me, and I bake all my cookies fresh to order. So, there’s a physical limit on how much I can do. As such, please arrive early for the best selection!

The Twelve Cookies of Christmas

Photo: Brooke Fitts

They’re back, And they came to sleigh

This returning favorite is packed in a festive decorative box. It includes an illustrated cookie key by my mom, the one and only Pam Gray.

It’s truly a work of art. After you finish your cookies you can frame your print and hang it on your wall like so many of us did last year

This mixed two dozen box includes 2 each of:

Pignoli, cuccidati, pistachio pinwheels, butter cookies, Christmas confetti cookies, black and white cookies, Italian rainbow cookies, amaretti, lemon ricotta, almond mezza lune, Italian wedding cookies and biscotti.

That’s right, I’m doubling the cookie varieties I usually have on offer for this special item. I’ll also be posting pics and descriptions of all the varieties here. So, get ready to be spammed with cookie news!

When you consider the kind of news you could be getting spammed with these days, I hope cookie content is a welcome reprieve. I can’t wait to share a little bit about each one with you!

So, keep it locked right here. And I can’t wait to see you soon at one of my holiday pop-ups!
